The COM path stays broken in this EA 15 build (ExportPackageXMI typelib declares its filename parameter as Object - no string marshals in, verified across PowerShell/JScript/VBScript and arities 2-6; ExportProjectXML returns false silently); the manual UI export is the documented fallback for this machine. |
