39cbc8b2de PS scripts: my_cars.json sync falls back to hunnius.net when moria is unreachable (travel mode; hunnius receives the file hourly from the moria sync cron)

ead4c721d4 Add update.ps1 and full_script.ps1: PS counterparts of the server scripts, run in the repo folder; pull my_cars.json from moria before analysis (moria stays the single source of truth; -NoSync skips)
